Pink Mimosa Farms and The Haute Hare ,are run by myself and my husband ,  (Jacqueline Cara Mostafa  (Hodges) & Hesham Mostafa). We have been running our little mini farm , and Rabbitry ,  for eight years now and love it. I am currently working on a degree in veterinary medicine and I have also have completed, gotten certification, and have completed workshops from Clemson in farming , bee keeping, Sustainable Agriculture, Farm Accounting + QuickBooks,Farmscaping for Beneficial Insects:Best Practices for Integrated Pest Management and animal husbandry , Organic Workshop,Developing an Online Presence for Your Farm Business, Understanding Your Soil Test, 50 Years of Growing Vegetables, Small Scale Sustainable Livestock & Produce Production Workshop,Soil Fertilization & Cover Crop Evaluation, and Cover Crops in Sandy Soils . My husband has a Masters in psychology , and is currently working as a yoga instructor  in Walterboro SC ( when not helping on the farm).  He received his training and certification at the world renowned Satchidananda Ashram located in Virginia. He is also also a very accomplished bass player . And he has played with many great bands and people  , John Blackwell ( Prince’s drummer ) being one of them. 

Starting out as a small Heirloom seed business out of an apartment in Pawleys Island ; Pink Mimosa Farms and The Haute Hare ,have blossomed into an adorable little mini farm,and  Rabbitry  . We offer many different types of Heirloom plants, seeds , and hard to find livestock. We have collected  over 2,000 different Heirloom seeds and plants over a span of 22 years together, and continue to add more each year . We also work with a verity of animal transporters that work their butts off to get animals safely to their new homes .
